Nauvoo

Last week was Brian's spring break so we headed to Nauvoo. The weather was pretty warm the first day, and then it got really cold for our second day there, but we had a great time. It took us a little under 8 hours to get there. Tillie was great in the car. She spent most of her time talking to Abby on the phone, and singing to us.

She got a little dirty our first stop.

Tillie loved all the Missionary couples, and the cookies. The bakery gives everyone a cookie when you visit it, and so Tillie thought that every house we went into was supposed to give us a cookie. These pics were are carthage Jail.




We stayed in this really neat old house, right in Nauvoo. My uncle helped us to get these rooms and we loved it. It was so neat to stay in an old place.
The temple was beautiful, except that it was a little too cold for us to get out and take our pics in front of it, okay, I chickened out.
